permit to allow a Dunkin Donuts drive through within the
C-2 zoning district.
2. Plan Commission Recommendation – Recommendation
regarding the petition as noted above.
b. Public Hearing –
Village of Western Springs - Proposed Amendment to the Development Control
Ordinance related to stormwater management
i. Petition: - The Village is requesting to amend the Development
Control Ordinance and Municipal Code as noted above.
ii. Plan Commission Recommendation – Recommendation
regarding the code amendments noted above.
