1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Wednesday, November 15, 2017.
2. ROLL CALL
Trustee Herrell called the meeting to order at 5:38 p.m. and on a roll call
The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell.
Also present were Clerk Williams, Assessor Zawaski and Attorney Durkin.
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees Approve Trustee Herrell to be Chairman Pro Tem in Supervisor Corrigan’s Absence.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Corporate Board Meeting held on November 6, 2017.
