4. Motion to approve contract to purchase 4510 Butterfield Road for the Butterfield Road Reconstruction Project in the amount of $310,000.00, and authorizing Village Administrator to sign and execute same.
5. Motion to approve Pay Request 3 in the amount of S58, 404. 49 to Innovation Landscape Inc., P.O. Box. 505, Plainfield, IL 60544 for work performed in conjunction with the Commons Park Playground Project.

Motion to approve Ordinance 17-15, abating S208, 800.00 tax levied for the year 2016, to pay the debt service on S4, 135,000, General Obligation Bonds (alternate revenue source) Series 2005B of the Village of Hillside, Cook County, Illinois, and authorizing Mayor and Clerk to sign and execute same.
