     Case No. 17-V-14; A Variance pursuant to Section 155.105 (A)(1) of the New Millennium Coe of the Village of       Schiller Park to install a 6 foot privacy fence along the corner side yard that is not an open fence and                      exceeds the maximum fence height from 48 inches to 6 feet upon the property located at 4053 Kolze                   Avenue.
