Village of North Riverside Board of Trustees met October 2.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
Attorney Hayes called the meeting to order with a Pledge of Allegiance and then called roll, in attendance were Trustees Bianco, Czajka, Demopoulos, Flores, Mengoni and Sarro. Attorney Hayes, in the absence of Mayor Hermanek, asked for a motion to appoint a Mayor Pro-Tem for the meeting. Trustee Demopoulos motioned and Trustee Bianco seconded to appoint Trustee Czajka as Mayor Pro-Tem for the meeting. Roll Call Vote:
Ayes: Trustee: Trustees Bianco, Czajka, Demopoulos, Flores, Mengoni & Sarro - Motion Carried
Nays: None
Abstains: None
Absents: None
Others in attendance were Attorney Hayes, Administrator Belmonte, Police Chief Niemann, Public Works Director Kutt and Fire Chief Basek.
Mayor Pro-Tem Czajka, in the absence of Clerk Ranieri, asked for a motion to appoint Village Administrator Guy Belmonte as Clerk Pro-Tem for this evenings meeting. Trustee Bianco motioned and Trustee Demopoulos seconded to appoint Administrator Belmonte as Clerk Pro- Tem for this evenings meeting. Roll Call Vote:
Ayes: Trustees Bianco, Czajka, Demopoulos, Flores, Mengoni and Sarro - Motion Carried

The North Riverside Players had a successful first weekend with a Sunday afternoon sellout! Agatha Christie’s And Then There Were None is considered the best mystery novel ever written by many readers, so now is the time to get your tickets for this upcoming weekend. The North Riverside Players are guaranteed to thrill. The final shows will be held on Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon. Detailed forms are located just outside the Council Room.
