Alderman Patti made a motion to nominate Alderman Straube as Mayor Pro-Tem; seconded by
Alderman Feldmann. All were in favor.
The committee reviewed the minutes of the September 11, 2017 meeting. Alderman Patti made
a motion to approve the minutes of the September 11, 2017 meeting; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Alderman Straube called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The minutes were approved.
Alderman Straube presented the Warrants and Vouchers. Alderman Grochowski made a motion to pay the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Patti. Questions were asked and answered respectively. Alderman Straube called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Alderman Straube presented the Commission Expenditures. Alderman Feldmann made a motion to approve the Commission Expenditures; seconded by Alderman Patti. Alderman Straube called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.

The committee discussed the Fitness Equipment Grant. Alderman Feldmann said that Mayor Sherwin thought this was too expensive. The committee agreed. It was agreed not to go with this company.
Alderman Straube presented Resolution R-15-2017; A Resolution Approving an Amendment to Lease with Towerco ICV, LLC. Alderman Gonzalez made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Patti. Alderman Straube called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Alderman Straube presented Ordinance O-16-2017; An Ordinance Terminating the North Avenue and Wolf Road –Southwest Redevelopment Project Area; Terminating Tax Increment Allocation Financing and Dissolving the Special Tax Allocation Fund Therefore in the City of Northlake, Cook County, Illinois (TIF IV - Home Depot). Alderman Feldmann made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Patti. Alderman Straube called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
Alderman Straube presented Resolution R-16-2017; A Resolution Approving a Lease with Trinity Services Inc. for the Property Commonly Known as 221 South Wolf Road, Northlake, Illinois. Alderman Grochowski made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Patti. Alderman Gonzalez noted that page 2 of the lease says 75 years and it should be 99 years. Alderman Grochowski amended his motion to approve Resolution R-15-2017 with the correction from 75 years to 99 years; seconded Alderman Gonzalez. Alderman Straube called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
There being no further business, Alderman Feldmann made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Patti. Alderman Straube called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
