Village of Franklin Park Board of Trustees met October 12.

Please take notice that on Thursday October 12, 2017 at 5:00 pm, a public hearing will be held before the Franklin Park Police Pension Board at the Franklin Park Police Station Community Room, 9541 Belmont Ave, Franklin Park, IL 60131, regarding the disability claim of the above Applicant, pursuant to the applicable provisions of Article 3 of the Illinois Pension Code.
The public hearing will be held to receive evidence concerning the disability application of the above Applicant. The Applicant is entitled to be represented by legal counsel, to present any evidence, and to respond to any evidence before the Board.
The Pension Board may adjourn to Executive or Closed Session, pursuant to 2(c)(4) of the Open Meeting Act, for purposes of deliberations, upon completion of the evidentiary hearing. No final action will be taken in Executive/Closed Session.
