Case No. 17-VS-03; A Subdivision pursuant to Chapter 153; and a Variance per Section 155.1104 (A) of the New Millennium Code of the Village of Schiller Park to reduce the minimum lot width from 50 feet to 37.5 feet for each of the two proposed zoning lots in order to allow, following subdivision and consolidation, two single family residences upon the property located at 3724 Ruby Street.
