iv Item C - The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing, after hearing all testimony and reviewing the evidence has unanimously recommended the approval and adoption of an overlay zoning district providing for B1 Community Zoning District,

v Item F - The Village previously approved the development of the surplus property located at Randolph Court to construct twelve single family homes, the attached contract provides for the construction of one of the homes and related sale of property,

vi Item G - The Village previously approved the disposition of the Subject Real Estate and has been presented with a Letter of Intent for the sale and development of the surplus real estate,

iv Item N - The Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing regarding Petitioner’s request for zoning relief and as a result of which has unanimously approved and hereby recommends Petitioner’s request for the variances,
