I. Call to Order/ Roll Call:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Rawski at 7 :30 pm Upon call of the roll, the following were:
Present: Commissioner Caiafa, Commissioner Plier and Chairman Rawski
Absent: None
Others Present: Secretary Botti, Chief Chiodo, Chief Fragakis and Bob Bauer
II. Pledge of Allegiance: All present.
III. Review and Vote to Adopt the Minutes of the Last Meeting:
Motion by Commissioner Plier to adopt the minutes of last meeting, and second by Commissioner Caiafa. Upon call ofthe roll, the following voted:
Yes: Commissioner Caiafa, Commissioner Plier and Chairman Rawski
Abstained: None
No: None
The Chairman declared the motion carried

VI. Motion to Adopt the Rule Changes as Discussed and Forward to the Village Board for Concurrence and an Amendatory Ordinance:
• Secretary Botti to send the red line changes and the table of contents to Claudia Irsuto (Village Clerk) and Brad Townsend (Village Manger)
Motion by Commissioner Plier to adopt the rule changes as discussed and forward to the village board for concurrence and an amendatory ordinance and second by Chairman Rawski
Upon call of the roll, the following voted:
Yes: Commissioner Plier and Chairman Rawski
Abstained: Commissioner Caiafa
No: None
The Chairman declared the motion carried

IX. Next Regular Meeting Notice:
• The next regular meeting after that will be on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 7:30 pm.
