The Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners met Dec. 13 to review pending litigation.

Absent: Vice Chairman Arroyo and Commissioner Moore (2)

Chairman Schneider asked the secretary to the board to call upon the registered public speakers, in accordance with Forest Preserve District of Cook County Code section 1-4-30 public testimony.

A motion was made by commissioner Goslin, seconded by commissioner Moore, that this committee minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Absent: Vice Chairman Arroyo and Commissioner Tobolski (2)

Commissioner Goslin seconded by Commissioner Moore moved to concur with the recommendation of the Legal department. The motion carried by the following vote:
