Absent: Vice Chairman Arroyo and Commissioner Moore (2)

Chairman Schneider asked the Secretary to the Board to call upon the registered public speakers, in accordance with Forest Preserve District of Cook County Code Section 1-4-30 Public Testimony.

There were no public speakers.

16-0377 Approval of the minutes from the meeting of 07/13/2016

A motion was made by Commissioner Goslin, seconded by Commissioner Tobolski, that this Committee Minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Ayes: Chairman Schneider, Commissioners Goslin and Tobolski (3)

Absent: Vice Chairman Arroyo and Commissioner Moore (2)

Commissioner Goslin seconded by Commissioner Tobolski moved to concur with the recommendation of the Legal Department. The motion carried by the following vote:

Absent: Vice Chairman Arroyo and Commissioner Moore (2)

ADJOURNMENT
