Opening of Meeting
President Karen Childs called the Special Board Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
The first order of business was a roll call. In addition to President Childs, attendees included Trustees Andrea Blaylock, Emily Victorson, Margaret Rudnik, Trudy Roznos and Lin Beribak. Staff members in attendance included: Marilyn Boria, Susan Farnum, Alicia Hammond, Deb Harris, Sandy Heitzman, and MaganSzwarek.
Trustee Roznos moved to approve the agenda as presented. Trustee Victorson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There was no public comment.
Closed Session
Trustee Beribak moved, seconded by Trustee Rudnik, that the Board convene in Closed Session under the provisions of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body. A roll call vote was taken.

Motion carried. At 7:32 p.m., the Board convened in Closed Session.
At 9:47 p.m., the Board reconvened in Open Session. At that time, Trustee Victorson moved, seconded by Trustee Blaylock, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
