The following is a Decision Making Agenda to be held on Wednesday, October 5,

2016 at 1:00 P.M., at 69 W. Washington, 17th Floor Conference Room, Chicago,

Illinois 60602.

Reference #SU-16-05 & MA-16-04 Anthony R. Venturini (Owner) Noah Properties,

LLC. & Nicholas Ftikas- Attorney (Applicant) The Subject Property consists of

approximately.316 acre located on the northwest corner of the intersection of west Byrn

Mawr Avenue and north of Fairview Avenue, east of Cumberland Avenue in Norwood

Park Township (Cook County Board District #9). The Map Amendment as requested

seeks to rezone the Subject Property from R-5 Single Family Residence District to R-8

General Residence District in order to construct six (6) towns homes and a companion

Special Use for Planned Unit Development with parking for 12 cars if granted in

companion with the aforementioned Map Amendment. The commonly known address is

5602 North Fairview, Chicago, Illinois 60631.

The Subject Property consists of approximately 0.20 acre located on the east side of

North Knight Avenue and approximately 281 feet north of Ballard Road in Maine

Township (Cook County Board District #9). The Variation as requested seeks to (1)

reduce the right interior side yard setback from the minimum required 3 feet to an

existing 0 feet in the R-5 Single Family Residence District. The variance is sought in

order to bring an existing shed into compliance. The commonly known address is 9030

North Knight Avenue, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016.
