Bellwood trustees expected to pick low bidder for subdivision project

At a recent meeting, the Bellwood Village Board was expected to award the contract for the Randolph

Estates Subdivision improvements project to the lowest bidder.

Along with the mayor of Bellwood, the board of trustees acts as the village’s corporate authority and exercises municipal powers that have not been specifically delegated to another office or board in the municipality. Bellwood’s six trustees form the legislative body. They are elected from the village at large to four-year terms.

The Village Board of the Village of Bellwood will conduct a special board meeting on

Monday, September 26, 2016, at 3:30 p.m. in the Village Board Room at 3200 Washington

Boulevard, Bellwood, IL 60104-1984 for the purposes of considering the following agenda:

2 Roll Call: Mayor Pasquale, Trustees Ciavattone, Murphy, Holman, Robinson, Delgado, Nightengale

3 Pledge of Allegiance

4 Approve the Board Meeting Agenda

5 A Resolution Awarding a Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder for the Randolph

Estates Subdivision (Improvements)

(The project consists of certain infrastructure improvements including but not limited to the construction of a street, the amount of the lowest responsible bid for the project is
