B. Village Manager's Reports
1) Discussion and consideration regarding the Maywood Chamber of Commerce approval to use the Multipurpose Building for after hours business education events from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Dates requested for approval: 9/21/2016, 11/09/2016, 1/18/2017, 2/15/2017, 3/15/2017,4/19/2017 and 5/17/2017 (all dates are scheduled on Wednesday).
2) Discussion and consideration regarding Realtor's RFP Status Report selected to provide representation for the Village's Real Estate Portfolio: Inland Real Estate Brokerage and Consulting and Pearson Realty Group.
3) Discussion and consideration regarding application (Exhibit 1) for purchase of Adjacent Neighbors Land Acquisition Program (ANLAP) located at 711 Maple Street.
4) Discussion and consideration to increase the Budget Allocation to remove dead trees from the Legal, License & Ordinance Committee Followed by Special Board Meeting Wednesday, September 14, 2016 Village of Maywood Parkways, the allocation for Tree Removal has to increase by $62,000.
5) Discussion and consideration to extend the term limit for the Fire and Police Commission for the Village of Maywood beyond one year.
6) Discussion and consideration regarding final invoice for payment for the Maywood Fire Department new fire engine in the amount of $226,440.00.
7) Discussion and consideration to accept the Department of Homeland Security Fiscal Year (FY) 2015 Assistance to Firefighters Grant in the amount of $51,101 with a required cost match amount of $5,101 on non-federal funds.
8) Discussion and consideration to purchase two trucks for the snow plowing operation for the Public Works Department from Currie Motors at a cost of $87,999.
9) Discussion and consideration to join the West Cook County Solid Waste Agency for bidding services for the Village of Maywood in the amount of $3,925.00

14) Discussion and consideration of Second Addendum to the Employment Agreement entered into with Willie Norfleet, Jr., with a copy of the Second Addendum to the Employment Agreement entered into with Willie Norfleet, Jr. attached as Exhibit "A", and a cover memorandum dated September 7, 2016 from Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd. and approving Resolution.
15) Discussion and consideration of Ordinance authorizing the creation and issuance of a Class "E" Liquor License (Temporary License to sell or transfer liquor on Municipally Owned Property) (2016 Maywood Family Day Festival - September 16, 17, 18, 2016), including Section 117.23(C) of the Maywood Liquor Code Ordinance, with a cover memorandum dated August 26, 2016 from Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd.
16) Discussion and consideration of Memorandum dated September 7, 2016 from Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd. regarding 2016 Maywood Family Festival - Musician and Promoter Agreements, with the following two Resolutions:
•Resolution approving Musician Agreements for Maywood Family Fest (Various Artists - 2016 Maywood Family Day Festival - September 16, 17 and 18, 2016), with Exhibit "A", a template Musician Agreement for Maywood Family Fest, and Exhibit "B", a list of Performers and Contract Amounts for Maywood Family Fest.
•Resolution approving a Production Agreement for Maywood Family Fest (Krunchtime Productions - 2016 Maywood Family Day Festival - September 16, 17 and 18, 2016).
17) Discussion and consideration of Ordinance amending Sections 117.21 (Applications for License) and 117.23 (Classifications; Fees; Number of Licenses) of Chapter 117 (Alcoholic Beverages) of Title XI (Business Regulations) of the Liquor Control Ordinance of the Maywood Village Code regarding notice and review of Liquor License Applications, with a cover memorandum dated August 31, 2016 from Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd.
18) Discussion and consideration of Railroad Avenue Water Main and Roadway Improvements - Pay Estimate No. 1 being funded through the St. Charles Road TIF Escrow No. 3. The project involves Water Main and Roadway Improvements along Railroad Avenue between 21st Avenue and 15th Avenue in the Village of Maywood.
19) Discussion and consideration of information submitted by Court Group Inc. pursuant to the purchase and development of the vacant parcels located at 815-817 South 5th Avenue in the Village of Maywood.
20) Discussion and consideration of Maywood Park - Bataan Memorial Fence and Monument Project. Three (3) prospective bidders obtained plans and specifications for the project with the Village receiving proposals from two (2) of the companies:
•Continental Construction Company Inc.
•Martam Construction Inc.
•Engineer's Estimate.
21) Presentation by Mark Lucas, Village Engineer for the Village of Maywood to address local flooding and storm water management issues.
22) Discussion and consideration to move Mayor's Office from 125 So. 5th Ave. to 40 Madison St.
