a. Michael Hyzy is the founder and CEO of Nutricio, a social enterprise focused on good nutrition, and a social enterprise consultant to Catholic Charities. Mike is a Director of Social Enterprise Alliance – Chicago on whose behalf he’ll describe its pro bono support of the Commission’s outreach and communications strategy including the capacity-building workshops SEA will develop and offer throughout Cook County.

b. J. Jeffrey Spahn owns and operates the executive education firm Leading Leaders Inc. which counsel clients including Accenture, Motorola, ServiceMaster, FMC and Northern Trust on best leadership practices. He will offer his advice to the Commission on how it can most effectively tap into the strengths of its leaders and those with whom it will collaborate.
