Westchester Committee of Whole considers open-burning amendment

At a meeting this week, the Westchester Committee of the Whole considered a proposed amendment to the city code's open-burning regulations.

The committee of the whole is a less formal meeting of the village board of trustees where all members of the board can meet to openly discuss matters to be voted on by the board
