The Cook County Board of Commissioners' Audit Committee met this week to review the Job Order Contracting (JOC) Internal Audit Report.
The committee said it wants to determine whether the county’s JOC program is operating in accordance with established policies and contract guidelines for the administration of the JOC program.
The committee also reviewed the fiscal 2016 first-quarter Open Findings Status Report and the Sole Source and Emergency Procurements Internal Audit Report.
