Forest Preserve commissioners consider litigation

The Forest Preserve District of Cook County Board of Commissioners' Finance Subcommittee on Litigation met Feb. 9 at the Cook County Building to consider two lawsuits being brought against the preserve district.

One case is being brought by Emma Blackburn via Country Mutual Insurance Co. The other is being brought by Adel Zeidan via Farmers Insurance.

The subcommittee was also expected to review six sets of invoices billed to the Forest Preserve District for previous legal services.
