The BP at 4701 S. Central is selling the cheapest diesel gasoline in Stickney for the week of February 1-7, according to GasBuddy.com.
Gas was priced at $2.50 per gallon.
Data is accurate as of press time, but gas prices have been known to fluctuate on a daily, and even hourly, basis.
The BNSF Railroad will close Hollywood Avenue’s grade crossing from April 24 through May 5 for repairs. Both vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be affected during this time. Local government offices continue offering essential municipal services throughout Brookfield.
