Stars Fall to Warriors on the Road

The Dominican University women’s basketball traveled to Wisconsin Lutheran College to face the Warriors. 

Results:
Wisconsin Lutheran: 81
Dominican: 47

How it Happened:
-The Stars shot 15% in the first quarter and 22% in the second quarter. 
-DU faced 47-17 deficit at halftime.  
-Dominican came out of halftime shooting. Having their highest-scoring quarter of the game, but lost 24-17 in the third. 
-Dominican held Wisconsin Lutheran to just 28.5% shooting in the fourth quarter resulting in the Stars winning the fourth 13-10. 

Shining Stars:
-Freshman Kameron Goodman and Junior Kamryn Woods led the Stars with 10 points respectfully
-Freshman Cheri Michalek dished out 5 assists and collected 2 rebounds.  
-Junior Mackenzie Coleman went 3-7 from behind the arc.
