Luis A. Pineiro, who lives at 4219 S. Harlem Ave. 7 Stickney, IL 60402, is listed on the Illinois Police Sex Offender Registry as of Oct. 15.

They were convicted on the charge of “criminal sexual abuse and failure to report a change of address/employment” of a 15-year-old victim in Cook.
