They were convicted on the charge of “aggravated criminal sex abuse/bodily harm, child sex offender/loitering, fail to report weekly/no fixed address/2nd and failure to report a change of address/employment” of a 13-year-old victim in Cook.
The Registry lists them as non-compliant with their court-ordered conditions after their conviction.
Sexual predators and child murderers remain on the registry for the rest of their life. Sexually violent people are no longer listed 10 years after their conviction.

Illinois has the fifth-highest number of registered sex offenders and the 21st highest number of offenders per population of 100,000.
