Proviso Township Board of Trustees met June 15.

1. CALL TO ORDER

The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162.

2. ROLL CALL

Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. and on a roll call The following responded present: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Supervisor Corrigan, and Assessor Zawaski. Also, present were Attorney Durkin and Clerk Williams. Trustee Herrell attended via audio conference.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Trustee Thomas moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes to the Township Board Meeting held on June 6, 2022. Roll Call Vote #1

Discussion: None

Ayes: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan

Nays: None

Absent: None

Motion Carried

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS

Trustee Herrell moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for June 1, 2022 – June 15, 2022. Roll Call Vote #2

Discussion: None

Ayes: Trustees Thomas, Christopher, Chavez, Herrell and Supervisor Corrigan

Nays: None

Absent: None

Motion carried

Trustee Herrell moved seconded by Trustee Christopher that the Board of Trustees adjourns the meeting at 5:36 p.m.
