Proviso Township Board met Oct. 7
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
1) CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162 on Monday, October 7, 2024.
2) ROLL CALL
Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. on a roll call the following responded: Trustees Christopher, Chavez, Chase and Supervisor Corrigan.
Also present were Clerk Williams, Attorney Michael Durkin Jr., Youth Services Director, Lorenzo Webber and Senior Services Director, Jorge Velazquez.
Trustee Thomas was absent.
3) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.
4) APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Trustee Chase moved, seconded by Trustee Christopher, that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on September 18, 2024.

Nays: None

5) APPROVAL OF BILLS
Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Chase, that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for September 16, 2024 – September 30, 2024

B. Trustee Christopher moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez, that the Board Approve and Authorize the Execution of a Proposal from Interstate Roof Systems Consultants, Inc. for Roof Consulting Services.
