Proviso Township Board met Jan. 15

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

1. CALL TO ORDER

The Board of Township Trustees of the Township of Proviso met at the Office of the Township Clerk, 4565 Harrison Street, Hillside, IL 60162, on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

2. ROLL CALL

Supervisor Corrigan called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. and on a roll call

The following responded present: Trustees Christopher, Chavez, Chase and Supervisor Corrigan. Also present were Attorney Durkin and Assessor Steven Zawaski.

Trustee Thomas was absent.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

Supervisor Corrigan led the board in the Pledge of Allegiance.

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Trustee Chase moved, seconded by Trustee Chavez, that the Board of Trustees approve the minutes of the Township Board Meeting held on January 6, 2025.

Ayes: Trustees Christopher, Chavez, Chase and Supervisor Corrigan

Nays: None

Absent: Trustee Thomas

Motion Carried

5. APPROVAL OF BILLS

Trustee Chavez moved, seconded by Trustee Chase, that the Board of Trustees approve payment of the bills submitted for January 1, 2025 – January 15, 2025.

Nays: None
