On Sunday, March 9, five former Oak Park And River Forest High School standouts, including Cole Benson, Cole Shamhart, Jack Flagg, John Philip Ferraro and Patrick Carmody’s current college team, the Illinois Wesleyan Titans, lost 13-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Otterbein Cardinals.
The game took place at Terry Park Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cardinals this season.
The Titans’ next game is scheduled for Monday, March 10 at 10 a.m. at Terry Park Stadium against Baruch Bearcats.
