On Sunday, March 9, former Oak Park And River Forest High School standout Lucy Goodwin’s current college team, the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Dakota Coyotes.
The game took place at St. John Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Coyotes this season.
The Chanticleers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 5 p.m. at CSU Softball Complex against Charleston Southern Buccaneers.
