On Sunday, March 23, five former Oak Park And River Forest High School standouts, including Cole Benson, Cole Shamhart, Jack Flagg, John Philip Ferraro and Patrick Carmody’s current college team, the Illinois Wesleyan Titans, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Wabash Little Giants.
The game took place at Horenberger Field. This was their third matchup against the Little Giants this season.
The Titans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 5 p.m. at Horenberger Field against North Park Vikings.
