On Saturday, March 8, former Oak Park And River Forest High School standout Calvin Proskey’s current college team, the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos, won 11-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Cal State Northridge Matadors.
The game took place at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Matadors this season.
The Gauchos’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1:05 p.m. at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium against Cal State Northridge Matadors.
