Pilates classes are set to resume on March 10 and will continue until April 28. These sessions will take place every Monday from 6 PM to 7 PM at the Lyons Village Hall Community Room.

The program spans eight weeks and is free for participants. It aims to help individuals stretch, strengthen, and enhance their fitness levels. The classes are open to all skill levels.
