Lyons Township High School standout Joey Severson’s college team lost in NCAA Division III baseball game on Thursday, May 1

On Thursday, May 1, former Lyons Township High School standout Joey Severson’s current college team, the MIT Engineers, lost 9-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Clark Cougars.

The game took place at Fran O’Brien Field. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Engineers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 10 a.m. at Fran O’Brien Field against Clark Cougars.
