On Friday, May 23, former Lyons Township High School standout Ava Kostecki’s current collegiate team the UW Whitewater Warhawks lost 1-7 against the Saint Mary’s Cardinals in the NCAA Division III Softball Championship.

The game took place at Saint Mary’s Softball Field at 3:30 p.m. and was the third matchup against the Saint Mary’s Cardinals in the tournament.

The UW Whitewater Warhawks’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 3:30 p.m. at Saint Mary’s Softball Field.
