Forest Park posted a median commercial property tax rate of 1.9% in fiscal year 2025, placing it fourth-lowest among Cook County municipalities, according to BlockShopper.com.

The countywide median for the same period was 2.9%, with Forest Park coming in 1 percentage point under that mark.
