 Dog Foster Open House

Friday Feb 17, 2023
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM CST

Stop by our next dog foster open house! This is a walk-in event that will be held in person at our new adoption center, 1009 Garfield St, so arrive any time between 6:00pm-7:30pm on Friday, February 17th.

Learn about the importance of fostering, meet dogs, and if you find a good fit, take a foster friend home with you! Adopters are welcome to speed date too. Many of our pups would love to spend a weekend or even longer in your home. Our current need is for fosters for dogs 40+ lbs, and we are looking for fosters who can commit to having your foster dog for at least two nights. Animal Care League will provide all the supplies and veterinary care that your foster pet needs. Families without other pets are especially encouraged to participate as we have some pets who do best on their own.

Please leave any resident pets at home for the event — we can always set up a time for your pet to meet the foster pups in the future. We look forward to seeing you there!
