Mayor Sherwin called for the roll.

Alderman Patti made a motion to approve Alderman Contreras participating in the meeting via conference bridge; seconded by Alderman Feldmann. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor.

Mayor Sherwin presented the Warrants and Vouchers. Alderman Grochowski made a motion to pay the Warrants and Vouchers; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Mayor Sherwin presented the Commission Expenditures. Alderman Patti made a motion to pay the Commission Expenditures; seconded by Alderman Feldmann. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Mayor Sherwin opened a discussion to approve Ordinance O-09-2024; An Ordinance Providing for the Issue of $210,000 General Obligation Covenant Bonds (SSA No. 3), Series 2024, of the City of Northlake, Cook County, Illinois. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

Mayor Sherwin opened a discussion to approve Ordinance O-10-2024; An OrdinanceProviding for the Issue of $235,000 General Obligation Covenant Bonds (SSA No. 4), Series 2024, of the City of Northlake, Cook County, Illinois. Alderman Patti made a motion to approve; seconded by Alderman Grochowski. Mayor Sherwin called for the roll. All were in favor. The motion carried.

There being no further business, Alderman Straube made a motion to adjourn; seconded by Alderman Patti. Mayor Sherwin called for a voice vote. All were in favor. The motion carried.
