City of Countryside Human Resources Committee met March 27

Here are the minutes provided by the committee: 

1. CALL TO ORDER 

Chairman Mikolyzk called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.

2. ROLL CALL 

Present: Chairman Mikolyzk, Alderman Frohlich, and Alderman Musillami 

Also Present: Police Chief Ford

3. COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC 

None.

4. BUSINESS FROM THE COMMITTEE FOR DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION, AND IF SO DETERMINED, ACTION UPON: 

None.

5. OTHER COMMITTEE BUSINESS 

None.

6. RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION 

Chairman Mikolyzk stated he was looking for a motion to recess to executive session to discuss personnel under section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act. The Human Resources Committee recessed at 5:01 pm.

Alderman Frohlich made a motion to recess to executive session to discuss personnel under section 2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act, motion was seconded by Alderman Musillami and carried unanimously. 

7. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION 

Chairman Mikolyzk stated that the Human Resource Committee was back in session at 6:29 pm.

8. ADJOURNMENT 

Alderman Musillami made a motion to adjourn and was seconded by Alderman Frohlich, and carried unanimously.

Chairman Mikolyzk declared the meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
