Brookfield announces schedule for annual holiday celebration on December 6

Brookfield is preparing for its 2025 Holiday Celebration, scheduled for Saturday, December 6, from 2 to 6 p.m. The event will take place across several locations, including the Downtown and Broadway Avenue Business Districts, Village Hall, and Grossdale Station.

Attendees can use free trolleys to travel between venues. Activities include browsing the Kris Kringle Market, visiting the Brookfield Historical Museum, and participating in special promotions at local businesses. Other attractions are visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, hot cocoa at the Linda Sokol Francis Brookfield Library, a petting zoo at 8 Corners, and an iceless ice rink at S.E. Gross School.

The celebration will conclude with a tree-lighting ceremony at Grossdale Station at 5:30 p.m.

An interactive online map is available to help visitors locate activities and trolley stops.
