Discussion of the 2022 Annual Audit Report (Annual Comprehensive Financial Report) and 2022 Management Letter
Finance Director Doug Cooper provides an introduction detailing the items in the Board packet and a summary of the Village of Brookfield's financial status. Ed Tracy from Seldon Fox provides a summary of the audit as a whole. Questions and comments are made by President Garvey and Trustee Cote.
Discussion of One Year Review of the Economic Development (ED) Plan
Economic Development Consultant Cindy Klima presents a summary of what has been accomplished in the past year from the Economic Development Plan. The goals of the plan are discussed and how the goals were achieved. Questions and comments are made by President Garvey and Trustees Cote, Kaluzny, and Gilhooley.
Discussion of a Request for Potential Text Amendments to Chapter 62, Article III -Off-Street Parking and Loading, §62-225 Control of Off-Street Facilities Village Planner Kate Portillo asks for recommendations to best address offstreet parking requirements to bring to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Questions and comments are made by President Garvey and Trustees Kaluzny and Gilhooley.
