Continued Discussion of Potential Updates for Light Pole Banners and Short Term Recommendations
Economic Development Consultant Cindy Klima provides an overview of the temporary banner plan lasting through March 2024. Village Manager Tim Wiberg provides comments on the Beautification Commission's role in the long term banner policy. Comments and questions are made by Trustees Ketchmark, Kaluzny, Gilhooley, and Narimatsu.
Consideration for Code Amendments associated with the Implementation of E Ticketing and Adjudication Management
Police Chief Michael Kuruvilla provides a presentation summarizing the DACRA Tech contract approved at the March 27, 2023 Village Board Meeting. The presentation provides potential code amendments relating to adjudication hearings and fine payment. Current processes related to adjudication hearings are discussed. The collection agency commission is discussed. Attorney Tom Halloran comments. Assistant Village Manager Stevie Ferrari comments. Comments and questions are made by Trustees Narimatsu, Kaluzny, Gilhooley, Cote, and Ketchmark.
