• ZBA 22-08: Conditional Use for a drive-thru in the C-3 General Commercial District per Village Code section 9- 5C-3 for the property commonly known as 10000 Grand Avenue, in Franklin Park, Illinois.

 • ZBA 22-09: Conditional Use for a small metal products, design, fabricating and manufacturing facility in the C-M Commercial Manufacturing District per Village Code section 9-5D-3 for the property commonly known as 10359 Franklin Avenue, in Franklin Park, Illinois. 

• ZBA 22-10: Subdivision for the property commonly known as 10500 Grand Avenue in Franklin Park, Illinois. 

• Workshop to discuss and consider the adoption of a new Franklin Park Zoning Ordinance.
