Illinois Black Business PAC owes $7,500 in fines

The campaign committee Illinois Black Business PAC owes a $2,500 fine imposed on Jan. 14, 2014, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $5,000 with Robert Dale listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 22 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $127,497.59 in pending fines.
