How did Sherman Jones spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Broadview Sherman Jones's election campaign committee, Broadview People's Party, spent $8,257 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Jones's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,447) going to Victory Media Group, Ltd in Glenview. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Jones's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
