Berwyn Health Officials Fund issued the following announcement on May 31.
Time: 3:00 pm – 5:00pm
Location: Berwyn Health District
Every child enrolling in preschool, kindergarten, 6th grade, or entering high school must have a physical. Children may also need a physical if they are transferring to a new school.
Sports physicals are needed as well in order for children to be on a sports team.
A $20.00 fee will be charged at the time of service.
In addition to the physical, certain grade levels require a lead test (FREE) and/or a TB skin test ($7.00).
