The price of local government: Village of Hodgkins

The Village of Hodgkins budget was $11.95 million for its 2015 fiscal year, or $74,690.32 per household.

That's a decrease of 1.2 percent from 2014, when the village spent $12.10 million, or $75,601.38 per household.

Hodgkins has 160 households and a population of 1,868.
