Village of Indian Head Park Planning and Zoning Commission met June 6.

• Open Public Hearing for the continuation of Petition #193
• Petition #193- To consider a variation to section 42-219 (special uses) of the Village Zoning code, for the construction of an unattached structure/ cabana and an encroachment of 59.12’ into the required rear yard setback per section 42-228 of the Village Zoning code at the property known as 6450 Pontiac Drive.
• Public comments
• Close Public Hearing
• Reopen regular Planning and Zoning meeting.
• Possible vote may take place on Petition #193.
• Approve the meeting minutes from May 2, 2017.
