1. Life Saving Award presentation awarded to Officer Dan Miller and Officer Adam Stasinopoulos.

2. Ordinance granting a conditional use permit for a final planned development and acceptance of a plat of dedication re: 7329 Harrison Street: Park District of Forest Park.

3. Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of an intergovernmental non-exclusive right-or-way parking license agreement between the Village and the Park District of Forest Park.

4. Resolution approving and ratifying the execution of the Village’s employee Dental Insurance Benefit Plan Renewal with Delta Dental.

5. Resolution authorizing the execution of a side letter agreement between the Village and the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council regarding severance payments for Communications Operators.
