The campaign committee Keep Forest Park Competitive owes a $243 fine imposed on Sept. 11, 2013, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $1,450 with Matt Sullivan listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show six area campaign committees owe a combined total of $59,298.60 in pending fines.
