The campaign committee Bellwood Pride Party owes a $500 fine imposed on Nov. 18, 2008 with David Ireland listed as the responsible officer, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show six area campaign committees owe a combined total of $59,298.60 in pending fines.
